A red wine whose purple-garnet colour reveals the age and character of the old vines from which it comes. Notes of ripe fruit and jam, chocolate-covered orange peel and spices are well balanced by the smooth texture and sustained acidity typical of the Gioia del Colle area, which sustain the palate.
